1st & 3rd Thursdays - $25 

Sound bath meditation is an ancient practice designed to experience deep state of relaxation and is a unique way to unwind and reconnect with your body and self.  This practice uses a instruments like crystal singing  pyramids, gongs, chimes, bells & metal bowls to create a landscape of sound that washes over you, which allows the body to restore, repair and heal itself.

The sound frequencies promote relaxation and stress reduction, and cleanse and balance the chakras, energy channels and aura.   It also helps improve sleep quality and enhances mental clarity/focus.   These sessions take place on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:45pm-7:45pm.

2nd & 4th Tuesdays - FREE 

We, a group of Reiki practitioners, humbly offer Reiki to those impacted by cancer and other chronic illnesses.  There are four practitioners that offer these services - each practitioner working for 20 minutes on an individual.  Each individual will receive a total of 80 minutes of Reiki healing (20 minutes x 4 practitioners).  These Reiki healing services take place under a healing pyramid.

These sessions take place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month between 4:45pm-6:30pm.  Available time slots: 4:45-5:05pm, 5:05pm-5:25pm, 5:25pm-5:45pm, 5:45pm-6:05pm,and 6:05pm-6:25pm.

1st Tuesday Each Month - FREE

I have opened my office for an informal gathering where we can have spiritual discussions, experiment with energy devices, read books, meditate and sing/dance/play musical instruments.   These gatherings will take place the 1st Tuesday of each month.  Registration is required and space is limited.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring your curiosity and feel free to share your experiences and ask questions with fellow attendees.  I ask that you follow the guidelines I’ve established for all sessions (no smoking/no drinking prior to coming and no heavy perfumes).  There is no charge for sessions.
